How It Works

Once payment has been received, we will take over from there. We will call the seller and schedule the inspection during normal business hours.

You will be kept up to date every step of the way via email.

You can expect your inspection report delivered within 24 to 48 hours (including weekends and most holidays).

We inspect 7 days a week, from 9 AM till dusk Eastern Standard Time.
