How It Works

Once payment has been received, we will call the seller and schedule the inspection. You can expect your inspection report within 24 to 48 hours (including weekends and most holidays).

You will be kept up to date every step of the way through email.

We inspect 7 days a week, from 9 AM till dusk Eastern Standard Time.
